Pinguicula weser

This sub-tropical hybrid forms a mound of fleshy rosetted leaves adorned with numerous cerise flowers. During the winter period, it prefers slightly drier conditions, reducing to a smaller resting rosette. An excellent choice for a north-facing windowsill, it should be kept away from direct sunlight. During the growing season, maintain a 2cm layer of rainwater in its tray. In winter, reduce watering and only water occasionally to promote a more succulent rosette. Ensure a minimum temperature of 7 degrees Celsius during winter to safeguard its health.
