This plant is undoubtedly among the most stunning varieties discovered. The leaf’s upper surface can vary from completely white to a white with green netting or white with red veins, and occasionally a mix of all three. In early summer, it produces deep red blossoms on tall stalks.
Renowned as one of the most effective carnivorous plants, it devours large quantities of bluebottles, houseflies, and wasps. Ideal for the conservatory, it emerges later in the season, being one of the last to grow, but its traps remain attractive well into October, which coincides with wasp season.
